Yes, I think you have misinterpreted what happened to you. Running increases

the mobilization of toxins so you will get those kinds of reactions and

symptoms. That's why I don't recommend over exercising or running until you are

healthier, otherwise too many toxins get released into your system at one time.

Since you aren't completely on this program running will cause you more

problems.
