Or have I misinterpreted it? +++Hi , Yes, I think you have misinterpreted what happened to you. Running increases the mobilization of toxins so you will get those kinds of reactions and symptoms. That's why I don't recommend over exercising or running until you are healthier, otherwise too many toxins get released into your system at one time.
