I have no references for this as I learned it on the Alternative

Medicine list some years ago. I take 2 500mg capsules before and

after each meal. 500mg caps are easier for me to swallow than 1,000 mg

caps. Tablets leave a very bad taste in my mouth, so I avoid them.

I also take another 2 caps at bedtime. I have been doing this now for

several year. I have no idea if one should adjust the dose if one is

taking diabetic meds or insulin, as I use neither.

Hello, I'm a newbie on this diet - I've been on it for about 2 weeks. I have

brought some of the supplements, but I'm unsure which vitamin b-complex to buy.

A lot of them seem to have niacinamide in, both complexes recommended do:

Could someone tell me if there is a b-complex that is niacinamide free?

Thank you so much,

Tom

@@ Hi Tom,

It's normal for vitamin b-complex to have niacinamide, so no worries. Any of the

B-complex vitamins on Bee's list are fine. Remember to also get a Niacin which

is the flush type and NOT the no / non-flush type.

Furthermore, Tom, if you haven't received these articles, here they are.
