I just have a GNC card so that is why I have been going to GNC for a lot of my

products. Yeah I am doing fine with the cayenne pepper. About a month ago when

I was eating a lot of nuts I was only going to the bathroom once a day. Then

when I cut them out of my diet I didn't go to the bathroom for 3 days. Since I

started taking the cayenne pepper I have been going to the bathroom 2-4 times

per day. I have horrible menstrual cramps every month. As far as my digestion

goes I can't eat any foods besides some of the foods on your list without

getting horrible side effects like acne. The past two nights when I took the

coconut oil my stomach got pretty upset and I couldn't sleep all night. My

digestion has been okay but when I saw my acupuncturist a couple weeks ago she

said something was off (she felt it when she felt my pulse.) She has been

trying to help my digestion since I started seeing her but she said that she

thinks something is wrong with my immune system. I took minocyclin and

tetracyclin for a period of a few years which is why I think my digestion is so

messed up and I can not tolerate any foods. This week I have been eating beef

and turkey and chicken for the first time in months thanks to you. My digestion

and acne are tolering it so far and after the first initial breakout healing

reaction I have not seen any negative side effects yet. I want to add in eggs

slowly now but I don't want to waste a whole egg and no one around me ever eats

them. Sometimes I have bad cravings for gum and your zucchini chips. Is it

very bad to chew gum once or twice a week? I was also wondering about the 4000

mg of vitamin C because my nutrition teacher said that if you have more then

2000 mg you can get kidney stones. Thanks for the advice on the coconut oil I

will not be taking anymore then 6 tablespoons per day.

Sorry my nosy sister-in-law was standing over my sholder trying to read what I

was writing so I had to be quick and send it without editing because everytime I

would try to type something she would be right behind me yet again... Here is

the new post

GNC gives me a discount because I own a GNC card but as soon as I have more

money I will try to buy better products.

The cayenne pepper has been helping my digestion a lot. However I am not sure

how much to take and how many times per day. The cayenne pepper pills are 500

mg each.

My digestion is still not functioning properly. I can only eat a select few

foods without getting constipated, getting severe acne. I don't know what

exactly is wrong with my digestion. This morning for example I woke up feeling

sick and my stomach in pain on and off. When I saw my acupuncturist a couple

weeks ago she said something was off (she felt it when she felt my pulse.) She

has been trying to help my digestion since I started seeing her but she said

that she thinks something is wrong with my immune system. I took minocyclin and

tetracyclin for a period of a few years which is why I think my digestion is so

messed up and I can not tolerate any foods.

I started your plan about 6 months ago. However I was eating a lot of nuts and

almond butter on it for the first 5 months. Since I cut out the nuts about a

month ago I have noticed a huge change in my improvement. I am also going to

the bathroom more then once a day (after I cut out the nuts and started the

cayenne pepper supplement)

I don't know if this diet will help my menstrual cramps but I hope it does. On

a scale from 1-10 mine are a 10.

Sometimes I have bad cravings for gum and your zucchini chips. Is it very bad

to chew gum once or twice a week? I was also wondering about the 4000 mg of

vitamin C because my nutrition teacher said that if you have more then 2000 mg

you can get kidney stones. Thanks for the advice on the coconut oil I will not

be taking anymore then 6 tablespoons per day.

Dear Celeste,

It is difficult to read your message since there are no breaks in your

paragraphs. So would you mind re-posting it and put a line between your

paragraphs, and also make it easier to find your questions.

Thanks, Bee

Hi Celeste,

I had an idea for you for introducing eggs slowly without wasting a whole egg

every time. Try making mayonnaise and/or caesar salad dressing. Both of them

contain egg, but you wouldn't eat the entire recipe at one sitting. It would be

hard to judge accurately just how much egg you'd be getting, but it would be a

start.

With the mayonnaise, you could make chicken or tuna salad. It is also nice over

cooked veggies. I especially like it with tarragon! You don't necessarily have

to have caesar dressing with salad if raw veggies bother your stomach. I eat

caesar salad dressing as a dip or cold sauce with chicken, steak and ground

meat.

Bee has recipes for both of them on her website.

Thanks I will try the 9 day program when I add eggs back into my diet. I am

going to my Dads this week so I will just grab a bite of his eggs everyday.

Once I am use to the eggs I am going to do the 9 day program. I am seeing great

results now that I am stricter. :) No I am no longer constipated. I don't know

why my teacher told us the vitamin C causes kidney stones. I see on the

internet that it says the opposite. Thanks for your time!

Celeste
