Guest guest
Ok, 6 weeks in. Did fourth enema this week, went rather well. Started oil pulling with coconut oil too. I have pulled previously, but I am interested to see what kinda of results I can attain while on bee's diet. I am also practicing yoga and breathing techniques much more. Other than that steady as she goes for the most part. Some continual healing symptoms, this week the back of my mouth, molars, & throat tend to be sore-senstative. I know patience is the key. I did also have my first cheat yesteray since I started the diet. Not proud of it but I did it within the two hour time frame and obviously I am going to try to avoid these as much as possible in the future. But I think attitude plays a big part in healing, so I am not gonna beat myself up over a mistake. I did not notice any adverse reactions from the cheat thankfully. Couple questions For oil pulling, I think I am going to do a pulse or rhythm methods. 4 days pull 3 days off to give my body a few days to relax from the toxic pull. What are your feeling about pulsing? Sexual activity. From the research I have done, I have been lead to believe for a male this can drain his energy levels(although I have read through direct intercourse -i.e. the male receiving female fluids, energy loss can be avoided and balance out) Not stating I want to become a monk while on the diet, but I believe while your body is detoxifying it needs all the energy it can get, thus keeping at low to moderate levels. Thoughts? -do the grinded egg shells used for calcium have a shelf life? I eat a good number of eggs thus have a good bit of calcium. Thanks a million bee! I eat a good number of eggs thus have a good bit of calcium. +++I doubt the nutrients in eggshells would decrease over time since they aren't the kind that break down when exposed to air, heat, etc. If you are concerned try to use them up within 6 months. All the best, Bee
