Guest guest
> > Hello, > I am 20 years old and I have horrible Acne all over my face. I am on the Program since nearly two month now. At the first Month I did not do everything right and I am still not taking all the supplements at the recommended amount. I take a little less because the recommended amount seemed really high to me. I wanted to know if there is any difference in the Program for me because I am properly younger then most people here. I am thankful for any advice. My acne is really bothering me and I am scared of getting huge Scars. I apply coconut oil on my face three times a day and I don't use any soap or skin product since two month. But now the Acne is also appearing on my neck. I have read about demodex mites: http://www.demodexsolutions.com/ > > And evening primrose oil +++Hi there. Welcome to our group. I see you just joined today, so how can you be on my current candida program? I apologize if you've been reading about it on my website and just joined now. What supplements seem too high to you? No, there is no difference in the program because you are young, since all of us are Human and requires the same nutrition in order to be healthy - see Food Selection for Humans: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/price1.php Acne and all abnormal skin issues are caused by toxins coming out, so it means your body is trying to detoxify itself. Guest guest
I just joined yesterday but I am following the Program since two Month. I read all the things you send me already. I found your group over your page. You know I am young and when it comes to nutrition it is hard to find out what to believe. I take all your recommended supplements but most a little less then you recommend for example I have trouble with calcium and magnesium because I read you should not take them at the same time. What do you think about the evening primrose oil I read about it on http://www.westonaprice.org/ Thank you for your help
Guest guest
Yes I was reading about the Program on your Website. I am scared that if you take to much supplements you body decreases its own production. And I think it would make sense if you Calculate Protein, Fat & Carb Ratios that you also have to do that with your supplements. And another question I had was: what exactly are the toxins in your body? Thank you

Is your name ? You should always take calcium and magnesium together because of how they work together in your body. So that information you got is not true. Evening primrose oil is good. Your body produces toxins during the many processes it performs daily, for example it takes in oxygen and gets rid of carbon dioxide (a toxin) through your lungs, in other words " in with the good air, out with the bad air. " It digests protein and gets rid of ammonia and urea in the urine. And so on. All the best, Bee

What is your name please? They recommend 4-5 capsules of evening primrose oil for acne, however they don't know, or realize, that acne is become of toxins coming out through the skin. To maintain a proper balance of omega 3 to 6, I don't think you should take more than 2 capsules per day. +++Swedish bitters are intended to help the digestive system, however as the article states: " They are considered secondary plant metabolites—meaning that they serve no nutritional purpose to the plant, or for that matter, to us. Rather, these compounds are used by the plant to protect itself against microbes and oxidative damage, and to deter feeding by predators (such as us). Researchers speculate that our bodies evolved to identify the bitter taste as an indication of toxicity, based on the natural aversion most mammals demonstrate towards bitter-tasting substances and the highly poisonous nature of some of these bitter compounds. " Therefore, bitters can cause adverse reactions, particularly in unhealthy people, so I do not recommend them. Instead do the other things I recommend to Improve Digestion, which are safer and provide nutrients: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s28 > > And I have another Question: I am going on a work trip for two weeks. Guest guest
My Name is Johannes. I ment Pork. I will try to do the all met and fat program. Thank you. And I read about fat soluble vitamins, taking to much shall be bad... . It would be really great if you could send me some information on why you recommend the amounts written down on your page. That are all my questions so far. If I get positive results with your diet I will keep you posted at the moment I have mostly healing reactions what makes me question everything. And being 20 years old and used to hear: " take this pill and you will be healthy tomorrow " makes it hard to change your mind to say okay it will take me 21 month to get health. Stay the course. Greetings and thank you
Guest guest
> > My Name is Johannes. > I ment Pork. > I will try to do the all met and fat program. +++Hi Johannes. Pork is a very good meat to have. I don't think you should do the all meat and fat program yet. That is because you need to be getting enough fat, which should be up to the lower range of your fat ratios, calculated here: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php +++After calculating your protein, fat and carb ratios you need to enter the foods you eat into www.fitday.com to determine the quantities you need to consume - here's the instructions on how to do that: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods9.php Thank you. And I read about fat soluble vitamins, taking to much shall be bad... .. It would be really great if you could send me some information on why you recommend the amounts written down on your page. +++Fat soluble vitamins are stored in the body, so if you get too much they can be toxic. However, that mainly happens when you take synthetic fat soluble vitamins, but only after taking high doses for months at a time, i.e. synthetic vitamin A would have to be 50,000 IUs daily for 6 months. +++If the amounts of fat soluble vitamins I recommend were wrong the many people, children, and even babies on my program wouldn't be getting healthy, and I wouldn't be healthy either - see these many Success Stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php That are all my questions so far. +++Doctors and other health practitioners don't understand how the body heals itself naturally. In fact all disease processes are exactly the same as the healing and detoxifying processes created by the body itself in an effort to maintain its health, in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc. The only difference for people on this healthy program is they are now progressing towards health rather than becoming more and more unhealthy, or dis-eased, because they are giving their body what it needs to " be healthy " according to Nature's Laws on Health. The medical field labels each and every " sign " of poor health as separate dis-eases, illnesses, symptoms, etc., however all of them are simply " signs " the body is working hard to maintain its health, so all of those " signs " are actually normal body reactions. In other words, they are just " signs " that the body is successfully attempting to restore its own balance. As Florence Nightengale, the famous nurse, says: " There are no specific diseases; there are [only] specific disease conditions. I am skinny and I lost wight since I am on the diet. My wight was at about 65. Many people use low carb to lose wight. I am just doing it to get rid of my acne. Anyway I shall eat 50 grams of carb a day. But most of the Vegetables you recommend have less than 5 Gramm. So do I have to eat more then 1000 grams of vegetables every day? Guest guest
> > Hello could you send me something that proofs that pork is not bad? +++Hi there. Let's start with my question: How can pork be bad for you? > And my weight is 62 Kilograms. I am skinny and I lost wight since I am on the diet. My wight was at about 65. So do I have to eat more then 1000 grams of vegetables every day? +++If your calculated carbs are 50 grams you would be 5 feet 4 inches tall or 163 centimeters, right? Do not translate calculated grams to any kind of weight, quantity or measurement of food to consume, since you must enter your foods into a nutritional calculator like www.fitday.com to determine the amounts. Guest guest
No I am 1,73 tall on your page is sad 1 gram of protein per kilogram of " due body weight " Fats are calculated by taking each gram of protein multiplied by 2.5 (minimum) to 3.5 (maximum) Carbs are calculated by taking each gram of protein multiplied by 0.8 (overweight people should consume lower carbs at 0.5 or 0.3). So wight =63 x0,8 ... SO what have i done wrong?
