It is the size of a marble. It is red, painful, a little itchy, and firm. The surrounding area toward my right breast is red and swollen, but no pain. These symptoms appear to be a bacterial infection? Perhaps my LN/gland somehow got clogged. I don't believe I'm retracing because I don't recall ever having this issue. Although, I've had clogged sweat glands all over my arms/legs since 1994 but never on my under arm. > > So far I've treated the area with coconut oil a couple of times but no improvements. I then applied oil of oregano/olive oil base several times today but I'm not noticing any improvements either. What are your recommended treatments? +++Hi Anne, I doubt that your gland is infected, but it can get clogged up with toxins. Since you've had clogged glands before this time it is just a different one involved, but they are all part of the same system, called the lymphatic system. Sorry, there are no quick fixes for it. I suggest you massage the area gently to help it unclog. Also ensure you are doing a mild form of exercise which helps the lymphatic system move, i.e. dry skin brushing or walking. Also do coffee enemas, which help the liver and lymphatic system unclog and release toxins: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php All the best, Bee

Apply heat to the lump using a wash cloth soaked in warm to hot water. You could also apply the 50/50 mixture oil of oregano and olive oil and then put heat over it to help it penetrate.
