Welcome to our group. Xylitol is a processed substitute sugar, that is made

from from birch wood or corn cobs so it isn't healthy for anyone, and yes, it

also feeds candida like any sugars or toxin do.

All sugars and carbs (all plant foods) feed candida, however it is impractical

and unnecessary to eliminate all carbs, so that's why this is a low-carb diet.
