> Hi Bee- I am starting the GAPS/WAP framework for myself in an effort to heal a

number of issues, colitis and candida among others. I like your protocol in

addition, especially the thought around supplementation. I have always had

trouble with coconut - and it shows up on the sensitivity tests as low, although

I don't necessarily believe those anymore. It is a key component of your

program, what would recommend with this in mind? Many thanks!

+++Hi there. Welcome to our group. What is your name please?

Many people come here because GAPS/WAP framework has not helped them get

healthy, whereas here they are successful. That is because of many things. If

you compare the foods they recommend to my food list you'll see many important

differences. Also they don't recommend high enough fats and low enough carbs

like I do.

GAPS and WAPF also do not understand that the body heals itself naturally if you

treat it according to Nature's Laws on Health, so they believe in many things

that I don't.

That's why people get great success with my program - see these 202 Success

Stories by members of this group:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php

Unrefined coconut oil is a healing food, and like all healing foods people can

appear to be sensitive to them, because they help the body create healing and

detoxifying reactions - see this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php

That is why I recommend starting with small amounts and slowly increasing them

so the healing and detoxifying reactions aren't so severe.

My brother is 63 years old and had Crohn's Disease (inflammation and diarrhea)

for over 20 years before starting on my program. Since it takes 1 month of

natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, it took him 20 months on

my program for his Crohn's to be cured. During that time his body also retraced

all other illnesses, diseases, injuries, etc., including West Nile Virus, Lyme's

Disease, psoriasis, etc. which meant their underlying causes were also healed -

see this article to understand retracing:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php

It would be wise of you to only do this program, so ensure you read two

important articles so you know what you need to do and why:

How to Successfully Overcome Candida:

Curing Candida, How to Get Started:

Hi there, I am one of the people who came to Bee via many other dietary

interventions including GAPS and WAPF. My family also suffered major league

'allergies' many of them life threatening. All these are inproving radically. My

daughter for example used to get horrendous welts from just applying coconut oil

on her skin, can now tolerate her full theraputic dose orally. I can not

recommend this program enough.

Don't hesitate to ask if I can help further

Best wishes .

HI Bee, my name is . That is an amazing story re: your brother and his

IBD. Interesting Lyme started me on this journey, and the UC came later. I

also ended up with a pacemaker from damaged conduction from the Lyme bacterium,

I also have palpitations. IT sounds like you are saying your program helps to

resolve many issues. I'm very curious about your program especially since I am

seriously considering GAPS. Do people (testimonials) usually just begin by

reading your article and then self-starting? Thanks!

+++Hi Jen,

Yes, this is an program an overall healing program that improves anyone's

health, which has been proven over the years by the over 202 success stories on

my website. I haven't collected all of the success stories that were posted on

this group, or by emails and consultations with me.

At the beginning I didn't expect this program to help people like it has, since

my experience to that point, with myself and others, was on treating candida.

But I've learned a lot from people on this group, from friends, family, and

consultations, and have continued to study and research, so my program has

changed over the years accordingly. I also have 2 other health programs on my

website.

This is a self-help program, so people must read first and then follow

instructions in Curing Candida, How to Get Started to start on it. After that

they can get a consultation with me and also get answers and support on this

group.

All the best, Bee
