Natural Factors Betaine HCL that you recommended. The fenugreek seems to make

me produce more milk and makes me feel uncomfortably full. I couldn't find one

on iherb without pepsin or fenugreek. (Fenugreek is prescribed by midwives to

stimulate lactation) Any thoughts? :)

+++Hi Amy,

That's fantastic your babies ear infections are clearing! Hooray!

Here's an HCl that is good:

http://www.iherb.com/Natrol-Betaine-HCl-650-mg-100-Capsules/22801?at=0

The reasons I don't recommend fermented cod liver oil are:

1) I don't believe that oils are meant to be fermented, which means they are

broken down by bacteria. Therefore the bacteria in it is another issue since I

don't believe probiotic bacteria are healthy, just like Dr. Price believes.

2) They are not able to give the amounts of omega 3, and vitamins A and D in it

since all batches vary.

Hugs to you too!

Bee

Hi Bee, it's interesting to read Amy reporting this effect from the fenugreek,

since you may remember my prepubescent daughter complained of breast pains while

she was on this brand. The pains went away straight after she stopped taking it.

My highest regards as ever.
