Guest guest
I have a friend who never washes her hair - only rinses it with water and her hair is lovely. She said that the transition period is a bit tough but once you get through that your hair will become soft and easy to manage. I might just try it one day - but at the moment my hair is so thin that when it is greasy I look quite bald, so I will probably have to shelve that until my hair starts growing again. Guest guest
I've been 'water-only' washing for a few weeks. It is quite interesting! But i notice my hair-loss (post hair washing) is greatly reduced from when i was using baking soda (for at least the last 10 months). Interesting to read on the link I shared that a couple of people felt their hair got thicker going water only washing... > > > > Ina - I am just reading thru a blog on " water-only " shampooing. > > <http://www.suite101.com/content/water-only-hair-washing-a61447>
