I have a friend who never washes her hair - only rinses it with water and her

hair is lovely. She said that the transition period is a bit tough but once you

get through that your hair will become soft and easy to manage.

I might just try it one day - but at the moment my hair is so thin that when it

is greasy I look quite bald, so I will probably have to shelve that until my

hair starts growing again.

I've been 'water-only' washing for a few weeks. It is quite interesting! But i

notice my hair-loss (post hair washing) is greatly reduced from when i was using

baking soda (for at least the last 10 months).

Interesting to read on the link I shared that a couple of people felt their hair

got thicker going water only washing...
