Guest guest
Hi Bee, How damaging is to my health if I have to stay in an enironment 9 hours per day where everybody is smoking almost all the time? I already have runny nose, sore throat, headache after few days on this environment. Even hours after I am not there, I feel like I'm still breathing the smoke. Guest guest
Ina, I think the smoke would be bad for your skin. Have you been in this environment for long?

Guest guest
Bee, I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean. You are saying it's no danger at all to breathe in cigarette smoke? Isn't it loaded with toxins that enter into the bloodstream? http://curezone.com/art/read.asp?ID=4 & db=12 & C0=1 If I continue to stay in that environment this means my body will have to detoxify everyday what I inhale so I will never be healthy? Guest guest
Bee, could you please reply to my previous question? I really feel sick in that environment. There is just as much false information about smoking as there is about many other things, which was started by drug companies because they could make billions of dollars on stop smoking drugs. It is obvious your body is working good, since you are getting detoxifying symptoms to the smoke, but as you get more and more healthy you will get less and less detoxifying reactions, particularly when your lung cells are constructed out of 100% saturated fat. In the meantime, you can also put plants in your office to clean the air, and put small shallow dishes of white vinegar or baking soda around the area you work in, to soak up smoke in the air. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, Sorry to bother you again with this, but why do you say that <<smoke doesn't go into the construction of the body's cells since it is detoxified by your body like other toxins are>>? In the link I posted http://curezone.com/art/read.asp?ID=4 & db=12 & C0=1 it clearly says what toxins the smoke contains: ammonia, arsenic, benzene, cadmium, lead etc. Then why would you say I shouldn't worry about it being inhaled cause it will be easily detoxified? So why are we avoiding all the other toxins on this diet? Aluminum, plastic wraps and all mentioned as toxins on your website? Is sounds like as long as we follow the diet we will detoxify those effectively.... Ina (confused). > > My point is that smoke doesn't go into the construction of the body's cells since it is detoxified by your body like other toxins are. > > All the best, Bee >

In fact your own body creates ammonia that it gets rid of through the kidneys. However, like I wrote before IF your lung cells are strong they will easily reject such toxins, so that's why you cough. In fact strong lung cells protect you against radioactive fallout particles too, since the lungs will create mucus that you just cough out along with the particles. >>> Then why would you say I shouldn't worry about it being inhaled cause it will be easily detoxified? If you can do something about it, please do. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hello Bee, That is interesting you mention that " strong lung cells protect you against radioactive fallout particles too, since the lungs will create mucus that you just cough out along with the particles. " This winter, I couldn't avoid being around a snowblower that was pumping out nasty exhaust fumes. Despite putting a scarf over my mouth, I still breathed alot of it in. Within a half an hour of coming in doors, I coughed up a wade of mucus. Interesting.
