I guess I am going to try to add back in slowly each food instead of eating it

all at once.  Hopefully the reactions I get will be a little bit better.  I

must

say since I added in coconut oil a few weeks ago I feel SO much better.  Thanks

for all the advice!

No, do not cut out foods like red meat that are helping your body detoxify

itself, since all of your skin problems are because of toxins coming out, and

that means you are healing.

You cannot avoid healing and detoxifying reactions my friend, so hang in there
