(I can see the yeast when I pee) Anyone have this? What should I take? I do coconut oil, oregano oil, lots of probiotics.. nothing will help +++Hi there. Welcome to our group. What is your name please? Sorry, but yeast is too small to be seen, so what you are seeing must be something else. Can you please describe more, i.e. are you getting blood in your urine, is it painful to urinate, and is there scant urine, etc.? Somethings people think they have a bladder infection when they don't. That is because the kidneys are one of the most important organs that detoxify the body, so toxins will be released from the bladder and can make it " feel like " an infection. However, if you are not sure you can drink fresh parsley tea since it is perfectly safe - see this recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe314.php Do not continue drinking 4 cups of tea for long periods of time, past 7 days, since it is diuretic, meaning it makes your body lose water along with minerals. Ensure you are getting plenty of minerals by having 1.5 teaspoons of ocean sea salt (that contains over 84 minerals) per day, Also ensure that your water is from a natural source like Spring water or tap water that is filtered (filters out chlorine and other contaminants but not the natural minerals), using a charcoal filter like Brita or PUR. Do not drink distilled or reverse osmosis water since all of the natural minerals are removed. All candida diets are not the same, and many do not get results since they believe that candida can be killed off, but that isn't true. Candida can only be cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body automatically " changes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. It's like the manure pile and the flies, with the manure pile representing the poor condition of the body. You cannot get rid of the manure pile by killing off the flies. You must clean up the manure pile instead, which means getting healthy according to Nature's Laws on Health. Since you are new ensure you read two important articles so you know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee! My name is Hollie. I am 31 & always have a yeast infection & now I've had a bladder infection for a week. The dr tested me & said I'm fine, but there was blood in my urine, but no bacteria. That is why I think it's yeast. I always feel like I have to go & it hurts after. Up until today I have been doing the yeast diet, only with beans, nuts, quinoa & yogurt, & grapefruit. Today I started for real, just eggs & avoacados so far & coconut oil, vit c, b, & a. I am going to start a colon cleanse tomorrow, so I was thinking about having some garlic tea first. So far, garlic tea is the only thing that has caused bad die off. I felt like I'd been poisoned for 3 days after. ughh! I will get the rest of the supplements next week some time & I guess I will try parsly tea tonight. I do do parsly pills. One more thing. I have not had a period in almost a yr. I've been tested for everything. They say I have low hormones, but not the one that would make me menopausal. I've been doing hot yoga & other things to try to get it started, but nothing. Any ideas there? Thanks again, it's nice to finally talk to someone who knows there stuff oh yeah, is brewers yeast the yeast that is good. I have some that is not flakes, it is more of a powder. > > > > I have a candida problem & have been doing the diet etc, but now I have what feels like a bladder infection, but I am pretty sure it's yeast in my bladder/urine. It's good to know your name. : ) Treat your bladder with parsley tea as I recommended. My sister is a nurse and she used it to heal her bladder after 2 rounds of antibiotics didn't help. Up until today I have been doing the yeast diet, only with beans, nuts, quinoa & yogurt, & grapefruit. Today I started for real, just eggs & avoacados so far & coconut oil, vit c, b, & a. +++Please be careful and don't change over to this diet too quickly, so please read Curing Candida, How to Get Started so you understand why you need to slowly get into the diet, etc.: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php +++Also some people cannot have very much avocado, so be cautious about that too. I am going to start a colon cleanse tomorrow, so I was thinking about having some garlic tea first. +++I hope you are doing a coffee enema and not taking something by mouth as a colon cleanse since it won't help you - see this article on cleanses: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/liver1.php So far, garlic tea is the only thing that has caused bad die off. I felt like I'd been poisoned for 3 days after. ughh! I will get the rest of the supplements next week some time & I guess I will try parsly tea tonight. I do do parsly pills. One more thing. I have some that is not flakes, it is more of a powder. +++Take it easy with any kind of exercise since it takes away the energy and resources your body needs to heal itself. That's the reason I recommend mild forms of exercise, which is explained in my main candida article. +++No, brewers yeast isn't good since it contains " active yeasts " so you want to get Nutritional Yeast " Flakes " since the yeasts have been de-activated. +++It is common to be low in hormones when you are unhealthy. One big reason is because toxins make all of the body's cell membranes stiff/rigid which means systems and organs involved in producing hormones can't function as well, and also hormones that are produced are not as able to get into rigid/stiff cells in order to do their job - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php +++Many women who did have a period when they started on this program have had their periods return. In order for our bodies to produce hormones they need the correct combination of good oils and fats recommended on this program, particularly cod liver oil, and animal fats like butter and lard, and also unrefined coconut oil. Of course all nutrients work together so it's the combination of diet and all supplements that helps you get healthy so your body will normalize. Parsley tea worked like magic! I only had to do it a couple days! So, I made it through my first week on the diet. I am a little constipated, but other than that, feeling good. No die off symptoms tho. Could this mean maybe I don't have it as bad as I thought? I still have the vaginal itching & want to start my period, so I'll definitely stick with it! I still need to get the hydrochloric acid & cod liver oil & salt, but other than that I have all the supplements. Not sure I have the right kind of sea salt tho. I am having a hard time eating so much meat as I usually just eat fish & chicken. It's been 15 years since I've had beef or pork, but I did ok with some buffalo the other day.. thanks

The section on improving digestion is for people with digestive issues, so if you don't have any digestive problems you may not require HCl. If you got sea salt that is totally white, is not larger crystals, is not grey and not from the ocean you may not have the right kind. Here's two links for the correct kinds: Celtic Ocean Sea Salt: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/selina.php Le Paludier – Organic Unrefined Coarse Grey Sea Salt, which is available at most health stores: http://www.thehealingcanopy.com/_product_52066/Le_Paludier_%e2%80%93_Organic_Unr\ efined_Coarse_Grey_Sea_Salt_1kg I love buffalo meat since it taste so good compared to beef. Guest guest
Thanks Bee! Got the salt, now I just need to figure out what to do about my constipation. I haven't got the digestive enzymes yet, could it be I'm constipated from not digesting? I drink plenty of water & have been having lots of butter & coconut oil. And, I drink the smooth move tea at night & still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks again! > > > Thanks Bee!! Parsley tea worked like magic! I only had to do it a couple days! Thanks again! +++Hi Hollie, If you've had constipation before this program your body will be retracing it as it heals - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php When that is happening there isn't a lot you can do to help it until your body finishes healing the area. How long have you had constipation? Also IF you change over to this program by lowing your carbs too fast, and yet you haven't gotten your oils and fats up high enough, you can get constipated, which is why it is important to gradually change over as explained in Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php You say " lots of butter & coconut oil " but you need to calculate your ratios of protein, fat and carbs so you are sure you are getting enough, and that your carbs aren't too high: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php You say you drink plenty of water, however drinking lots of water doesn't help since the cells aren't as able to intake water unless their cell membranes (walls) are constructed out of 50% saturated fats (coconut oil and animal fats on this program), and that takes time. Also ensure you only have well-cooked carbs (vegetables) so their fibers (cell walls) are broken down making them easier to digest as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg3.php So your constipation may not be due to low HCl in your stomach. I think you should do my 9-Day Program at this point in time: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php All the best, Bee

I now have a really big bad oozing hot hard rash right above my butt cheek & it's been getting worse & seams to be spreading. I guess this could be the retracing, but I have never had anything like this. It's worse than poison oak. Anything I can do for it? I thought I eased into the diet because I was already doing the diet for a couple months, only with rice, nuts & beans. I have now just cut those out. I did have yogurt yesterday hoping it would make me have a bm, but not really. If you think the 9 day program will help, I will try, but I'm a little scared of the raw eggs. I have been cooking them less, but haven't gone raw yet. One more thing.. can I develop an egg allergy from all these eggs? Thanks again for everything Bee! Of course if you had poison oak in the past it could be retracing. You don't have to eat raw eggs if you are concerned. Poaching them is okay even in the Egg Drink, or let the boiled water cook them enough before you blend it. It is impossible for anyone to develop any allergies by having the same foods day in day out, otherwise our ancestors wouldn't have survived when they could only get foods available in their area since they didn't have the food industry and transportation. Also animals in the wild that eat eggs wouldn't have made it. Of course we know that allergies is big business and they are based upon the Antibody Theory which is totally false anyway. Read more about allergies so you understand it better: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_1.php I think the 9-Day program will help you a lot.
