Guest guest
My 7 year old son and I struggle with candida. At the time of debilitation for me 9 weeks ago, I went on a serious diet of just veggies, beans, and have since added gluten free oats, and some brown rice with some nuts/seeds(following Braggs or Halleluiah diet minus the fruit and natural sweeteners). After some die off, alot of my symptoms have lessened or gone away. I was told by a nutritionist's office who treats patients worldwide that his plan cures where others fail. They further said that diet only weakens candida but cannot kill it since candida taps into your blood stream to feed off your blood sugar supply that the body naturally maintains. He is an expert and I want to become a patient but cannot afford it. They do urine testing to determine progress and when you are cured before rebuilding the body. What is your opinion on this? Also, I have not eliminated fruit and grains from my son. He is better on the full non processed diet though. I feel hopeless.
