Hi , my daughter is 11 so is still on a child's dose although is actually

taking about 3 tablespoons a day. She is an angel and just takes it with hot

water. We all started on the egg drink frozen - but then I worried about all the

cold on their tummies. I used to hide it in baked egg custards made out of egg

yolk for my son but now he takes it straight off a spoon and washes the taste

away with his supplements!

+++ wow. so very impressive. My girls are not " sick " so it is much harder to

convince them that coconut oil is beneficial. But we've been reading a lot of

Bee's articles and Weston A Price's book, so they are understanding the

importance of good nutrition. They just don't quite see the need for CO in

their lives...
