New Stomach Pain

Hi Bee

Three nights ago, about 3 hours after my evening meal, I began experiencing

terrible stomach burning/pain. (I had just had an electro drink which I have

once or twice a day without problems)

I've not experienced stomach pains/burning on the program in the past (and have

never used HCL, didn't seem nexessary since I haven't had the typical stomach

acid symptoms of heartburn, nausea, heavy stomach etc), so this was a new thing.

The pain was intense, lasted through the night, during the next 2 days and is

only now easing up. It didn't seem to be related to eating or not eating.

I'm wondering do I now need HCL or could it have just been a big healing

reaction. If a healing reaction (or retracing) I will just ride it out.

Just making sure.

+++Hi . I suggest you not have the electrolyte drink by itself like that,

and that's why it is totally optional and not a necessary part of this program.

+++No, I don't believe you need HCl because of one episode with the drink. Also

we can never anticipate when our body is going to retrace a past stomach issues

or upset, so it could have been a coincidence.
