Hi Alison,

Take heart. You've come to the right place to get well. Things are not

hopeless and you can get healthy again.

Bee's diet is completely free (although she does accept donations) and her

advice has helped many people cure their candida. It's a self-help program, so

you are in charge of your own healing.

I would like to direct you to some articles so that you can read and learn how

this program works. The more you read and understand, the better you will be

able to implement this program into your lifestyle.

Ensure you read two important articles, so you understand candida, and know what

you need to do and why:

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but it sounds like the diet your nutritionist put you on

is a vegetarian diet. You should understand that ALL carbs will feed candida,

so eating things like beans, rice and oats are not helping you. I felt that my

previous vegetarian diet is what made my candida worse and completely depleted

my system. Bee's program is very different a lot of programs out there, but it

is very effective.

On a more personal note, I have been on Bee's diet for nearly 3 years now and a

great deal of my symptoms are completely gone and I have more energy and feel

better than I have in my entire life. My 6 year old son has been on Bee's diet,

too, and is doing so well! I can't recommend Bee's program enough! It's truly

been a life-saver for us.

Once you've read, get back to us with any questions you have. We're here to

help. You won't regret taking this journey!

Welcome!

> My 7 year old son and I struggle with candida.  At the time of debilitation

for me 9 weeks ago, I went on a serious diet of just veggies, beans, and have

since added gluten free oats, and some brown rice with some nuts/seeds(following

Braggs or Halleluiah diet minus the fruit and natural sweeteners).  After some

die off, alot of my symptoms have lessened or gone away.  I was told by a

nutritionist's office who treats patients worldwide that his plan cures where

others fail.  They further said that diet only weakens candida but cannot kill

it since candida taps into your blood stream to feed off your blood sugar supply

that the body naturally maintains.  He is an expert and I want to become a

patient but cannot afford it.  They do urine testing to determine progress

and when you are cured before rebuilding the body.  What is your opinion on

this?  Also, I have not eliminated fruit and grains from my son.  He is better

on the full non processed diet though.  I feel hopeless.
