I am trying to get everything read and fully start the diet I had a total radical hysterectomy. I am only 34 so I have to take estrogen pills every day. Once I start the diet what do you suggest I take as an estrogen replacement? +++Hi Beverly, Welcome to our group, and congratulations on starting my program! Please ensure you gradually change over to this program as explained in Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php Also you should read How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php When you are healthy your body is very well-equipped to make all of the hormones it needs, including estrogen, since the uterus and ovaries are not the only place where such hormones are produced. When you don't have a uterus or ovaries your body senses it, and it will produce what you need, i.e. when you are healthy enough. That's why our ancestors breezed through menopause without problems. However it is very different today because of poor nutrition, toxins, and estrogen-like substances that cause everyone problems. When did you get a hysterectomy (years and/or months ago), and then I can advise you better. The best in health, Bee
