I'm sure not a book reviewer, but that one book just hit me wrong. Anyway, I

took your advice and went out and got " The Maker's Diet " this morning. I'll let

you know. Other's sure have liked it. Seems like almost every book has

something of value. I try to take the good and ignore the rest.

I have always joked about how we could follow the literal advice in Exodus

and Levitticus which gives us the authority to smote people who prepare food

improperly (including spouse and kids, yea!) and encourages us to spill some

sheep blood on the sacrificial altar. Following these commandments should

REALLY incite the local federales (who are already trying their level best to

throw all us farm-direct sellers in jail with the crackheads and meth dealers).

OK, there are two categories in my FANNY PACK EMERGENCY KIT:

(goes with me everywhere)

1) Emergency Rescue Tools (for Acute GB Attacks):

-3 oz of Epsom Salts (my old friend!)

-Rescue Remedy--flower essences--Grab this one first!!

-Nux Vomica 6c --homeopathic

-Carbo Veg 6c ---homeopathic

-Fumeria 6c ----homeopathic (specific to dilate common bile duct)

2) My Collection of Supplements (so I remember to take them on schedule):

(see my earilier messages for what these do)

-Tymezyme --also indicated if there is an acute attack ( take10-20 caps)

-Beta-TCP

-GB-6 (Chinese herb similar to Chang's herbs)

-Stone Free (alternative to GB-6)

-Hydrangia tincture (mixed into apple juice)

So, that's the basics. As soon as I use up the rest of my GB-6 and Stone-Free

I think I will switch over to the Chinese Bitters and the Gold Coin Grass.

sounds like the most hopeful person out there.
