Thank you for your reply. I have problems buying non-organic meat and animal

products because of ethical reasons. I agree with you that it is expensive, but

to me ,and maybe to other members, it is worth paying the price:)

Wow, that gelatin costs $36.00 US per pound, while NOW brand costs $13.55 US per

pound and $39.12 for 5 pounds. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even though

it is " organic " since the portion of beef used to make gelatin couldn't possibly

have any toxic substances in it.

+++Not that I know of. But again organic isn't the " end all to beat all " as

long as the pork rinds are properly prepared.
