Guest guest
> > I was reading the post about the meat/fat diet today and saw the woman mentioned a once a week cheat rule for Bee's program. I never saw that before! Is there an article about that? Is it really okay? +++ Hello! Are you Robin? I think you answer your own question below when you say: > I'm arriving at my 1st year anniversary. Really what I can say is that as long as I stick to the program I feel great. If I go off it at all, it's a slippery slope, it effects my mind/emotions immediately, and basically I see that the problems I've had with food at every level for the last 30 years, I still have. Which is pretty devastating, but I'm doing my best to deal with it in different ways. +++ That being said, tho, Bee does not advocate 'cheating', of course. But i have seen her say to keep it to a 2-hr window if it's going to happen. But it also would not be suggested to do it on a weekly basis. You can do whatever you want: you just have to realize there will be repercussions. I was out of town this past weekend and ate at a Chinese restaurant. I had diarrhea within the hour. So " yes, I can " but do i want to? All the best! began 03/09/
Guest guest
Thank you , Thank you everybody on this listserv. I can't express my gratitude at the support and having a place where all sorts of questions/issues that I have but don't have hardly anyone to talk about them with - are addressed openly, honestly, warmly.
