Guest guest
Hi Celeste, You are not allergic to those foods. They are causing healing reaction in your body. The break outs are evidence of healing. Your body needs those foods to heal itself, so it's best not to avoid them. You can read more about so-called allergies here: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_1.php In order to introduce those foods, though, you must do it slowly. So instead of eating a whole egg, you would start out with just a teaspoon of egg. The same is true for chicken and other meats. Start small and gradually build up to your proper ratio. I know this seems counter to instructions you may have gotten before about staying away from foods you're 'allergic' to, but I did this when I thought I was allergic to eggs (because I would get so nauseated from them). I would just take a small bite of the eggs I prepared for my son )! At first, they did make me slightly nauseated, but pretty soon, I actually started craving eggs! Me, the girl who couldn't stand to be in the same room where eggs were being boiled because the smell would make me nauseated. Now I can easily eat eggs and do so pretty much every day. Others on this group have reported the same, so I'm sure it will be true for you. You should also consider eating protein and fat when you crave sugar, instead of carbs. From my experience, eating something like zucchini chips or other carbs will cause you to crave sugar even more. So while it's okay to eat your zucchini chips, just be aware that they might be contributing to your cravings. Hang in there! Things do get better! ) Group Moderator > > > > I know it is not on the foods list but is it okay to eat a tiny bit of coconut > >meat for a treat? Guest guest
Could salt also have a healing reaction on me? Everytime I add sea salt to anything I break out on my chin. I will try to add eggs slowly back in. The first day I take one tablespoon and how manydays before I try to eat a whole egg? I was never allergic to any food except for the past couple years. Before I could eat whatever I wanted but now it seems my diet consists of few things because everything I try to eat causes a reaction. After I ate the zucchini chips I was very hungry for the rest of the night. Thanks for the positive words I am really trying to get it 100% this time around. ________________________________ From: mameedle <oxhahxo@...> Sent: Fri, February 11, 2011 11:33:53 PM Subject: [ ] Re: coconut water-coconut meat and almond butter and another added question about allergies  Hi Celeste, You are not allergic to those foods. Guest guest
Hi Celeste, Salt is important for adrenal function so it stands to reason that it could cause healing reactions for you. With the egg, it is 1 teaspoon at a time, not one tablespoon. You could eat 1 teaspoon for 5 days and, if your reactions are bearable, increase it to 1.5 or 2 teaspoons. Then, after another 5 days on that amount, you can increase it again. You would go by your symptoms and how much you can tolerate. If the healing reactions become too strong, decrease your dose slightly. But once you can comfortably tolerate a certain dosage, then you can increase it. 5 days is just a rule of thumb, but it could certainly be a lot longer. Go by how you feel. This is a self-help program, so it's up to you to decide how quickly to progress. I'm betting you felt hungry because of the carbs in those zucchini chips. Carbs sometimes make me hungry, too! Good luck! You can do this! Guest guest
That makes so much sense! I just read about adrenal function on http://curezone.com/forums/fmp.asp?i=1367766 And I wasn't eating sea salt that much because every time I did I would break out on my chin. For the past 3 days I have been adding it to everything a tiny bit. I was diluting my system with way to much water and not getting enough salt to balance my cells. Hopefully the breakout reaction I have now will go away soon. Should I add back in salt slowly too like the eggs? Sorry for so many questions I am learning sometime new day by day from this group. ________________________________ From: mameedle <oxhahxo@...> Sent: Sat, February 12, 2011 11:55:28 PM Subject: [ ] Re: coconut water-coconut meat and almond butter and another added question about allergies  Hi Celeste, Salt is important for adrenal function so it stands to reason that it could cause healing reactions for you. You don't need to slowly increase your ocean sea salt. I suggest you measure out 1.5 teaspoons in a little container the morning, and ensure you split up taking it between 3 meals per day. Here's the way you can take it: -added to foods while they are cooking -sprinkled on foods after they are cooked -added to water you drink during the day and with your meals -taken directly in your mouth under your tongue All the best, Bee
