Guest guest
Welcome! What is your name, please? Where do you live? Just keep reading Bee's articles, write down the results you're already noticing by following her program and stay connected here to be encouraged... began 03/09/10 > > hi all > > I am just over 4/5 weeks into the programme and health food stores and access to proper supplements (vitamins) is almost non existant my end and am doing my outmost best given where i live. For example I cannot find calcium and magnesium and Vitamin A & D seperately. They come in a dual combination and it becomes a bit tricky with the dosaging. Never the less I am giving it a go. My periods have been irregular for a while now (mostly 17 day cycle). But lately, I haveso far noticed two cycles of only 11 days apart. Although this is a concern, I must admit that my cramps are not as excruciating as before. Also I have lost a lot of weight from my already small frame and family members are worried that I am anorexic, and suggesting that I should stop with this ridiculous diet. > > I am willing to push through this programme to get my full health back and was wondering if there were any suggestions that I could take on board. Thanks a lot. +++Hi there. Welcome to our group. For unrefined coconut oil and supplements check out this company in the UK: http://www.red23.co.uk/index.php Weight is the least of your issues when you are unhealthy. Right now your body needs all of its resources and energy to heal and detoxify itself, so it isn't able to work on building muscles or fat. Weighing less doesn't mean you are worse off, or will get worse, if you are totally on this program since your body is getting the nutrients it needs. As you become more healthy your weight will normalize. Guest guest
Hi Thanks for the warm welcome. My name is Shael and I live in southern Africa, based in a remote region hence why I am unable to get hold of all the necessary supplements and foodstuff. But like I said i am doing the best I can with what I have and/or can access. Also at the same time I am doing research wether the necessary products are available here in Africa (for example with neighbouring countries)as I cannot afford to buy them online from the UK. cheers for now Shael. > > > > hi all > > > > I am just over 4/5 weeks into the programme and health food stores and access to proper supplements (vitamins) is almost non existant my end and am doing my outmost best given where i live.
