+++Hi Tessa. You say you ate coconut, but that was not unrefined coconut oil.

+++Yes, I would try unrefined coconut oil only, and ensure you get the correct

kind. Start with 1/4 teaspoon with 2 complete meals per day that contain

protein and only increase it when your reactions are less.

I used to get anaphylactic shock to soy, but as I got healthier my reactions

were less and less. Of course soy is different than unrefined coconut oil since

it is genetically modified.
