Start with 1/4 teaspoon with 2 complete meals per day that contain protein and only increase it when your reactions are less. > 3. what about people who have anaphalatic allergies (I am worried my coconut allergy will turn into that) I used to get anaphylactic shock to soy, but as I got healthier my reactions were less and less.
