Guest guest
Can anybody go back and do a search of similar occurrences at Army or Marine Corps Posts during or after the Gulf War call up.. I know one Marine who had the shots and had a heart attack during PT a day later. She didn't die, but she had a lot of complications. She gave birth to a daughter and she has complications. Lost contact with her but that was one sad story.... Check Arkansas Active, Guard and Reserve units.. There might be fire.... After long consideration, I did hear of several deaths..... Guest guest
Dear Kim: My wife has experienced this, and I have seen some patients also. While the cause many be many different reasons, anything from food, to sunlight, to body chemistry, to ???????. If everything else is OK, after making sure this is not an allergic reaction from any two elements and the medications hitting at the same time, or sun from the change in weather, sweat, etc. I usually try to have my patients cut down first on the ribaviran to about 600mg, and, if necessary, the interferon to 1.5million units, for a week or two. If it starts to get better, which they usually do, I may, either stay there for another week or two. In some cases, I have just had patients stop altogether for a week, and see if that helps. Whenever possible, I try not to stop their meds altogether. I would rather some coverage, then none at all. But, talk to your provider first. Guest guest
In a message dated 11/7/2000 10:07:01 AM Central Standard Time, lescase@... writes: does anyone know why after being on the ER diet, when you eat an avoid you have a stronger reaction to it than before the diet? is there some scientific logic for that? in health, Hi My chiro and homeo say that if you are eating avoids for years your body thinks right is wrong and either quits sending messages to you that this is wrong or sends them so they are barely noticeable. Either that or you don't recognize them when they are sent. I blamed it on everything but dairy that I would start sneezing 15 minutes after eating ice cream for instance. So you go on ER for several months and you are going gangbusters and then you eat an avoid and have a VIOLENT reaction. That is your body saying something like "If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times DON'T EAT THAT. " LOL. If you continue eating avoids then your body will eventually be back where it started, not sending the signals it was before. So say the 2 people that introduced me to ER. Guest guest
I can say that when I was planning to go on tx I heard alot of different well meaning pieces of advice. Miss guided parts of it. Parts was good info too. But the best way to know is ask your Dr AND in some cases DON'T listen to second hand info. People that "know of someone that did tx" is not the same as someone that has actually BEEN ON TX. No we don't claim to have all the answers. Actually we often say ASK YOUR DR. We offer advice only on what we have been through. I heard alot of second hand stories that nearly made me decide to not do tx. But I finally decided to do tx. I tried to do tx alone. I was married, but things were not very good with us then. I FELT totally alone. When I found this group, I felt I was home. I was not alone in this battle. And I have had the vast amount of info here to lean on since. Trust your own self on which way to go. To do tx or not is a HUGE decision. We are here. Guest guest
This may have been covered before, but since I'm new to the whole thing I figure this is the best place to start. I started my Candida Clear yesterday and all was great until lunch. What felt like really bad bloating/indigestion started and from there progressed to what felt like a mild case of food poisoning. Food poisoning it self is not an option, so was just wondering could my reaction have been caused by severe dieoff. Because I am terrified this morning to take any more of the packs..... Any help would be appreciated. Crystal
