Guest guest
Hi Bee, I was wondering if derealization and brain fog are the same and which dysfunction do I have. Or if they are totally different, do I have both? I feel as if I'm stuck in a bubble and everything around me is in slow motion. The world feels unreal and the feeling gets really worse towards night time. I am forgetting things and it is difficult for me to concentrate. I have to read sentences over and over again just to understand it. There are also times where I confuse things. For example, I would throw away the spoon in the garbage instead of the napkin. I first started experiencing this when my doctor prescribed me doxycycline and ciprofloxacin for an infection I didn't have in August 2010. I finished the whole bottle of doxy and only ended up taking one pill of the cipro because I knew something was wrong. However, the feeling started to go away when I started your diet at the end of August. Though, the feeling came back in January and I have it up till now. I keep telling myself that I am probably retracing and that it will go away eventually, but it is frustrating because I've been feeling like this for 2 months straight and it is difficult for me to concentrate in school and at work. I also have the cold at the moment and this is also making it worse. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to alleviate the feeling? Just to let you know, this is actually my last problem. All of my problems have disappeared and it is all thanks to you Bee! =] -Rob
