Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm a new subscriber, but appreciate the insights . I started the diet last week and have noticed several improvements. I wanted to ask you - I thought I saw somewhere that there is a link between candida and sjorgen's syndrome. I have been suffering from dry eye nearly every morning for the past couple years, but believe I'm finally seeing some improvement. Is there a link between candida and sjorgen's? if so, how does candida lead to it? Chris

There are 2 main reasons for it: 1) Your body can detoxify through your eyes. This happened to me for 3 months when I was on my candida program in the mid 1980s. 2) Toxins make all of the body's cell membranes stiff/rigid so that means fluids, red and white blood cells, etc. will not be normal, so fluids are more sticky - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php Candida doesn't directly cause it since candida is also the result of poor health. You can massage the tear ducts and around your eyes using unrefined coconut oil (do it gently but firmly) to help them unclog. Put a few drops of unrefined coconut oil in your eyes just before bedtime. Also apply warm to hot compresses using a wash cloth or tea bags. I hope that helps. Guest guest
Thanks Bee, Along those lines.I thought I read something about candida and eye " floaters. " I have developed them over the last couple years as well (in addition to some other eye problems). L I do see a few specialist (mainly because I'm so nearsighted). The floaters are more recent though. Any explanation or natural remedies to get rid of them? Thanks, Chris

They clear up on this program as many people have reported. All the best, Bee
