Guest guest
Hi , Thank you for this! I am going on to month 3. I think I am retracing my emotions/anxiety. Not sure, but it has been difficult trying to do both with work. Yes, I sit quietly at my desk and cry a few times a day. This is effecting my focus even more because I avoid people and am not being proactive at all. I just want to be alone and figure out what the heck is wrong w/ me. It's a vicious cycle... I started playing some Deva Premal at my desk to try and help me tune out all of the negative energy at my work place. Thank you for your suggestions! Blessings and lots of luck, Jess On Tue, Mar 1, 2011 at 8:23 AM, Stiles <clairesam@...> wrote: > > > ****Hi Jess, > > I've been on the diet 6 months.
