Hi ,

Thank you for this! I am going on to month 3. I think I am retracing my

emotions/anxiety. Not sure, but it has been difficult trying to do both with

work. Yes, I sit quietly at my desk and cry a few times a day. This is

effecting my focus even more because I avoid people and am not being

proactive at all. I just want to be alone and figure out what the heck is

wrong w/ me. It's a vicious cycle...

I started playing some Deva Premal at my desk to try and help me tune out

all of the negative energy at my work place.
