Do you recall taking any pharmaceuticals just prior, or having immunizations, or anything medically out of the ordinary? Even starting to eat different foods from before? Move to a different area, bug-spray the garden, whatever? While ER4YT may indeed help a lot, this is a good opportunity to look for what potentially triggered the change in your health. As time goes on, of course, memory fades about what might've happened that month or the one before, etc. CB _________________________________________________________
Guest guest
Actually, yes... just before I became ill I had an ear infection. In the Air Force, doctors give out omoxycilin (antibiotic) like candy. It cured the ear infection, but apparently it also induced a c.diff infection... clostridium difficil, which is bacterial. My doctor believes that the c.diff triggered the colitis. Yeah... while I was ill from the colitis, I also went through a course of four different anibiotics... to include vancomycin (nasty!). sean > , > > > I'm 23 years old and have been enlisted in the US > > Air Force for about > > 5 years now. Guest guest
Lots of acidophilus. Lots!! You have to reculture the good bacteria that all the antibiotics have destroyed. Take 2 caps 2 x a day for a month or two, then daily for about 6 months. Try to be good on the BTD and probably Ginger would be good also. There is sonethings that help heal to intestinal lining that I can't think of offhand. Might not need them if you haven't had problem too long and haven't caused too much damage. Guest guest
Hello Bee. I have been on your program for 6 weeks. I usually don't have digestive problems like heartburn, stomach upsets or nausea, but I have heaviness and a lot of anxiety after eating solids (not with Egg drink). Yesterday I bougth HCI and took it. The first meal I took 1 cap. The second meal I took 2 cap and I had burning sensation in the stomach. Does this mean I don't need HCI? I think that my heaviness and anxiety after eating solids are caused by digestive problems and aren't healing reactions, because if I drink Egg drink I have no problem, but if I eat an omelette I feel a lot of anxiety. Thank you Raquel
Guest guest
(Raising Hand)I have the bloating, gas and constipation. All of these symptoms go away when I cut out gluten, wheat, corn and sugar and OP.*OP = Oil pulling as in swish Sesame Oil (cold pressed organic, light yellow in color) orally daily for 15 minutes, then spit out.
