Can anyone give me any suggestions of how I can get rid of

I am a binge eater but like many it settles (go's) when I give up the carb....

ok.

But my appetite goes very high if I eat saturated fats like fatty lamb and

fatty beef and dairy. Yet... it gets rid of my Lyme symptoms!

So I am torn between fighting lyme disease (bacteria -spirochete) and

controlling my food intake.

It seems I need saturated fat and low carb. Strange how my body gets such strong

hunger for sugar and more fat after I eat all these saturated fatty foods. Nuts

and seeds just do not work and also increase hunger!

I am wondering if fish will work. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Hi

Bee has cut nuts out of her candida program (for digestion issues, I believe)

but I had to cut them out since every time i had " some " , I wanted MORE.

Dairy is not included in Bee's program, either.

I'd say keep doing your best... Really, the more you do this program, the

" easier " it becomes and the cravings and binge eating decrease...

+++Hi ,

Of course dairy products, other than butter, aren't included on my program, as

well as nuts and seeds for reasons explained in my main candida article How to

Successfully Overcome Candida:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php

Animals fats and unrefined coconut oil will actually curb your appetite; in fact

it is a good treatment for cravings - see these article on cravings and

withdrawal symptoms:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu_2_5_3.php

Lyme's disease is also caused by your body when it is trying hard to heal and

detoxify itself, so it creates inflammation and infection (the bacteria). Your

body creates bugs, like spirochete, or any other kind, in order to help get rid

of toxins, just like it creates candida/fungus.

So it stands to reason that the same program will cure both Lyme's and Candida,

which is why my program is an overall healing program that improves anyone's

health.

In fact all of the disease processes are exactly the same as the healing and

detoxifying processes created by the body itself in an effort to maintain its

health, in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc.

The only difference for people on this program is they are now progressing

towards health rather than becoming more and more unhealthy, or dis-eased,

because they are giving their body what it needs to " be healthy " according to

Nature's Laws on Health.

The medical field labels each and every " sign " of poor health as separate

dis-eases, illnesses, symptoms, etc., however all of them are simply " signs " the

body is working hard to maintain its health, so all of those " signs " are

actually normal body reactions.

In other words, they are just " signs " that the body is successfully attempting

to restore its own balance.

Florence Nightengale, the famous nurse, says: " There are no specific diseases;

there are [only] specific disease conditions. "

All the best, Bee
