Hi Moderator/Bee, I just noticed that the Hain Sea Salt that Im using has

dextrose which must not be good right? If not, which of the U.S. brands can I

buy. The other brands that Ive looked at in the store don't have iodine and

that worries me because I already have a slightly low thyroid and I don't want

to deprive my kids of the nutrient either. Please advise. Thanks so much :)

+++Hi Lore,

There's iodine in Celtic Ocean Sea salt and the other kind I recommend, so

please get the right kind:

Consume a minimum of 1.5 teaspoons of a " good " ocean sea salt per day (divided

into 3 meals per day), which contains over 84 minerals, i.e. Celtic brand

available at Selina Naturally:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/selina.php

OR a less expensive ocean sea salt like this one Le Paludier – Organic Unrefined

Coarse Grey Sea Salt, which is available in many health stores and online:

There also iodine in other foods on this program. Iodine is only required in

" trace amounts " by your body, and since it is a mineral it will be better

utilized and absorbed on this program which requires the combination of good

fats I recommend and other minerals.
