Bee: Is it ok that we have Eden's Brown Mustard made out of brown mustard

seed and apple cider vinegar and sea salt? Second, does caffeinated coffee

feed candida?

Dear Theresa,

I doubt they used unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, and their sea

salt is probably refined, so no it wouldn't be good to have.

Caffeine doesn't " feed " candida, however it is not healthy - see this article:

Bee-I just looked up on the Eden's website and their mustards are made with

ultra-smooth Portuguese sea salt and raw apple cider vinegar. Would that be ok

for us?
