Guest guest
Wow, I never knew about the foot cramps. I get those about once a week and had no idea why. Does that mean Calcium or Mag is too high? Chris Bee wrote: Hi Adri, Jaw and back pain do not mean you have calcium and magnesium imbalances, since those symptoms are usually caused by toxin, which can move around the body. If you have cal/mag imbalances you would get lower leg and foot cramps, like a Charlie Horse, and sometimes cramps in your hands and wrist that make them lock up intensely, called tetany. Also, if you've ever had those pains or had an injury in those areas in the past your body will be retracing them as it heals: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php All the best, Bee
