Guest guest
I've been battling Candida for about a year and half now, following the protocol since last fall. Since beginning the diet, my Mulitple Chemical Sensitivity has gotten to the point where it's pretty much debilitating (ANYTHING sets me off!), and seems to worsen every day. Well, I was quite relieved when I saw online that the use of Alka Seltzer Gold could help with chemical reaction symptoms...until I received my order today and noticed that the product contains Citric Acid, which I know to be a no-no for the Candida Diet. Has anyone heard anything on this subject...should I just leave it alone and deal with the reactions or take the risk and possibly reignite my yeast problem? Thank you in advance for your time and help.
