That is way too much vitamin D, which will cause health problems.

The reason your doctor recommended it, is because he tests vein blood for

nutrients levels, like vitamin D, and when it is low he advises taking enough to

raise vitamin D in your blood.

However I've written many times about vein blood and why you should never rely

on it to take any nutrients, hormones, etc.

How low is your Vit. D? A normal range is from 30 - 100
