Hi Bee,

I remember a while back you said we could take a day off supps so your

body can adjust.

I never actually did that, just kept on taking supps daily, i keep

forgetting to stop that one day. Is that necesarry or just keep taking

them as i am.

Thanks....... Caine............

Hi Bee. I have anxiety after my meals. The last two days I have realized that

if I take 2000mg Vit C 1-2 hours after meals I have more less anxiety. So I was

thinking in taking 2000 mg Vit C after each meal. It would be 6000mg/day.

+++Hi Raquel,

Source Naturals doesn't say it is from a fish " liver " oil so I wouldn't take it.

Yes, you can take niacin on an empty stomach.

You should only take higher doses of vitamin C for short-periods of time, since

taking higher doses long periods of time throws off balances of other nutrients.

Why do you want to take it a long time?

+++Raquel, I assume you mean you have less anxiety when you take it.

That would be okay, however anxiety is mainly caused by stress, and when you are

unhealthy digesting a meal can cause a lot of body stress.

When stressed your body runs on its fight/flight nervous system which causes

anxiety. In order to switch it over do deep breathing exercises before you

anticipate getting anxiety and during:
