Guest guest
> > my 2 young ladies and i are officially on the diet starting about a week ago. i noticed that our energy was up and moods were positive. we started with the ghee and egg drinks recently but it's only gone down hill although some symptoms have gotten better (acne, fatigue, etc.) others are out of control. i can't remember in the past week when the 3 of us have been on the same level emotionally. we've had sore throats, sweating, diarrhea, itching beyond belief, mucus from everywhere possible > > it kind of upsets me in a way that my husband can go on eating his usual diet of junk with no problems. i'm quite confused. UGH!! we do wonderfully with coconut oil (up to 6TB. for me and 2 for the girls). i'm pushin' along with the ghee and raw eggs though. we haven't picked up any supplements as of yet ($$$) but have ghee, coconut oil, cod liver oil and fresh pastured meats/eggs and some epsom baths. > when i lose my temper i feel so guilty and i know these feelings aren't getting me anywhere. i honestly just posted this to maybe get some positive thoughts sent our way, thank you > +++Hi , If you only started the diet a week ago you've increased your fats way too fast, which causes more symptoms than are necessary. That is why it is so important to go slowly, following instructions in Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php You also never push your body since it won't help you. Instead it just overwhelms your body which can slow or stop the healing processes. While your body is healing you will also experience many emotional ups and downs, but you need to not push so hard. Take it easy, and take much more time to get completely on the program. In the meantime you need to take less fats, particularly coconut oil, and slowly increase it this time so your symptoms and emotional reactions aren't so intense. All the best, Bee

I can really relate to this and it IS frustrating! I presented the way my husband eats and she just informed me that he must have a lot of deterioration going on inside (since nothing was presenting itself on the outside). So chin up. The more you read, the more healing you realize, the more changes you make, the more sure you will be that you are, indeed, on the right path and will have more determination to follow it. How old are your girls? , who has a 19-yo niece, a 14-yo daughter and 10-yo daughter following the pgm with me (tho not taking any supplements nor the coconut oil but being willing to give up all the junk they're used to eating).
