Guest guest
I am currently taking 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil plus halibut liver oil for my daily allotment of vitamins A and D and omega 3s. I was thinking about switching to 2 tablespoons of cod liver oil and eliminating the halibut liver oil. I was wondering, though, if this would be too much of the omega 3s since the cod liver oil has around 770 mg. of EPA and DHA per teaspoon. Is 770 x 6 too much? Thank you.
