Guest guest
Hello! I am on day 52 of following the anti candida diet - I feel great on it, the biggest benefit has been the total improvement of my leaky gut and anxiety - both gone (amazing). However - the main reason I started on this path was to rid myself of the bad breath I have had for nearly 2 years. In fact, although I've had a couple of days here and there of improved breath, generally it has got progressively worse - I am now giving off a very pungent chemical smell. I have kept a detailed diary and am frustrated that I can not find any correlation between taking a certain supplement / antifungal / probiotic and any worsening or improvement in my breath. For the first 45 days, I took recommended anti fungals (caprylic acid, garlic). For the next 10 days (overlapping a week), I took probiotics. I am now taking liquid chlorophyll. My question is: As all other problems have gone, and I am only left with the bad breath, will taking liquid chlorophyll on its own (alongside the diet obviously) be enough to rid myself of it? I am on a very limited budget - will buying more antifungals / probiotics help at this point? Or should I just wait it out? I hope thats all clear - advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you, Toni (I am a new member, I have read through all the guidelines and have searched for my issue through previous posts and been unable to find an answer, so I hope I can ask for some advice.) However, that is not true, since candida can only be cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body automatically " changes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. That is why I don't recommend taking any antifungals or probiotics. There are Four Main Causes of Failing Health, including candida: 1. Lack of proper nutrition and oxygen. 2. Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste. 3. Lowered vitality due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, relationship or financial worries and concerns, etc. 4. Poor " nutritional status " acquired from parents upon conception. To answer your question about bad breath, it is caused by poor health, which is mainly due to bacteria, yeast/candida, etc. in the gut, and also because of toxins. There are many things you are taking that aren't necessary nor helpful. Chlorophyll is high in copper which isn't healthy, and will cause imbalances in minerals. Also there are other very important nutrients and supplements you need in order for your body to heal and detoxify itself naturally, according to Nature's Laws on Health. So I highly recommend you do this program, and ensure you read these two important articles, so you too can be healthy as Nature intended, including handling your bad breath: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 202 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
 Dear Bee, I'm confused (and a bit disheartened) by your response. I am already following your diet to the letter, and have been taking antifungals as a result of reading this article: http://editor.nourishedmagazine.com.au/articles/how-to-overcome-candida-part-2 (“Section 3: Kill off candida overgrowthâ€) in which you advocate the use of caprylic acid and garlic (I've also been using coconut oil and pau d'arco tea, and have tried the nystatin powder you suggested). I've also followed your advice of ... “In addition, probiotic supplements should be at least 500 billion organisms per gram, contained in dark bottles to avoid deterioration by heat and light, and kept refrigerated, even in the store. Take according to instructions on the bottle.†Have I misunderstood?! Chlorophyll is mentioned here; http://nourishedmagazine.com.au/blog/articles/how-to-overcome-candida-pt3 You say that “Chlorophyll is a whole-food that contains a wide array of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It helps build the immune system, detoxifies heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, etc.), and other pesticides in the body, improves the digestive system, improves energy levels and normalizes blood sugar and blood pressure levels.†Again.. have I misunderstood something? I have already read the articles you direct me towards and am indeed following your advice..... ________________________________ From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> Sent: Tue, March 1, 2011 3:54:05 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Halitosis / bad breath  > > > Hello! > > I am on day 52 of following the anti candida diet - I feel great on it, the >biggest benefit has been the total improvement of my leaky gut and anxiety - >both gone (amazing). > > However - the main reason I started on this path was to rid myself of > the bad breath I have had for nearly 2 years. That article was published by Nourished Magazine so long ago, and since then I've revised my program according to research I'm continually doing. Nourished Magazine doesn't post my updated articles. So please read my current articles on candida that I gave you in my last message. Sorry about the confusion. All the best, Bee
