I do know I have issues with Gluten, Soy and Dairy, but am thinking and hoping with this diet, I will build up my immune system to once again, at some point, not be bothered by them. > Corn, however, really really affects me - horribly. Especially corn derivatives. Anything with any kind of corn product in it whatsoever gives me THE worst worst headache. And sometimes, the reaction is a sleepy one...an IMMIDEATE need to sleep. I have to believe I am very corn sensitive if not all out allergic, although in testing, I do not test negative to corn. So, I am wondering how you would explain this ? And if I can ever hope to build up my immune system to once again be able to tolerate corn and it's many many derivatives. > > Thanks , and Sincerely, > > @@ Hi , Most corn nowadays is genetically modified/GMO thanks to giant corporations like Monsanto. And many people report to having reactions to GMO crops like corn, soy, canola oil and other GMO related foods. Your fluctuating symptoms may be dependent on how much toxins like in GMO's is present in the source of corn you react to. Anyway, to side on caution, unfortunately, I would probably write off corn and avoid it. Do Well, Ed group moderator
