Guest guest
Ok, so here I stand 7 weeks in. 5th enema down this week, doing another one tomorrow. Some aches and pains but nothing to serious to report. My eyes seem to have a little less of the dark circle. I got some questions so I am gonna get right into them. 1.) From last week I asked about pulsing the coconut oil pull, and to answer your question Bee pulsing is when one for example one pauses from their use of a supplement or treatment to allow the body time to recover, its especially used in homoepathic treatments. So for example 5 days on 2 days off. My questions is a good idea to maybe to routinely take couple days off from the oil pull detox method? 2.) So I started walking on a treadmill at a moderate pace 3 times a day for about 7 minutes each session and also about twice a day using 3 pound weights to gently stretch with. Obviously trying not to overdue it and I do this to keep my muscles and joints lose, they tend to cramp and tighten so badly. I think when I started to hit the unhealthy state is after college, combined with my bad eating habits i stopped being active. When I was young I use to play nonstop outside, I unfortunately stopped. So my question does this gentle exercise sound in range with the program? 3. Here are my average fitday percentage ratios per day: Fat-214gram- 72% Carbs-55 grams-8% Protein-1280grams-20% my computer determined fit ratio calculates this range fat- 188-263gram carbs-60grams protein-75grams so I am close minus the protein which I am above on. I am eating more protein because I am quite hungry and would love to gain weight. I am in the deemed " healthy weight range " but not by much, I have always been slender but I lost more weight on this program, I cannot wait for my weight to normalize and from what I read my body built natural muscle. So my fitay percentage numbers now, are they suitable? Finally, i read such an interesting article about insulin resistance and how it effects so many people in America today, and I think that I may have been at the beginning phases of it. It goes on to state how it has a direct impact on your body's makeup and overall hormone functions. from what I have read posted by Bee this program is the answer for insulin resistance and hormone balance and I am so thankful. I am so determine to succeed. God Bless Bee CASEY
Guest guest
Hi Bee. When you say to take a 1 day per month break from taking supplements, do you mean to take a break from taking coconut oil too? Thanks, Rob > +++Hi Casey. I don't think you should do any treatment like that long-term anyway. But while you are doing them it is a good idea not to do them every single day, and to take a break, i.e. once a week is fine. I recommend taking a 1 day per month break from taking supplements too. > Bee
