Hi Bee,

Thanks for the new info that you have posted on various issues. I have a

few questions about eating only pureed foods and doing the 9 day diet. You

have mentioned in previous posts that some people need to do only pureed

foods for longer than 9 days and sometimes for a month or longer. How do

you know how long to stay on pureed foods? For as long as the symptoms

persist? I have been on the diet for 19 months and I still have anal

itching. I have only had this symptom for approximately 9 years so I would

have estimated that this symptom would have stopped after 9 months or so.

Just to share good news that has happened from this diet- I have had fewer

migraines! And I get sick with colds less often, too.

For everyone else who has eaten pureed foods long term- what recipes work

well? Some of the ones that I have had success with are- spaghetti squash

pie, vegetable soup and bee's egg drink cooked. But I'd like more.

Thank you! Collette

+++Hi Collette. I write that some people need to consume all liquid and pureed

foods for longer than 2 days, since after 2 days the 9-Day Program has you

include solid foods.

>> How do you know how long to stay on pureed foods? For as long as the

symptoms persist?

+++Until your digestion improves, but that doesn't mean until all of your

digestive issues are completely healed, since your body still needs to retrace

all past digestive issues.

OR

+++Until you've gotten through the worst part of your detoxification symptoms.

+++One person I knew had to do all liquid and pureed foods for one year but she

had brain lesions, extremely poor digestion, and got severe debilitating

detoxifying reactions.

+++Anal itching can be caused by damage, constipation, diarrhea, and other

digestive issues that could have happened when you were a baby and had diaper

rash.

+++Yippee! That's very well done my friend.

+++You need to consume your calculated ratios of protein, fat and carbs while

you are on all liquid and pureed foods, so ensure you calculate them and then go

to www.fitday.com to enter your foods so you know the quantities of each that

you need to consume - see these articles:

+++My 9-Day Program now includes how to puree foods, and what foods you can

puree.

+++Here's Soup Recipes on my website, but you will need to puree any meats and

vegetables in them:

Here's Vegetable Recipes that you can puree:

All the best, Bee
