I am new to the list and am experiencing the most unbelievable, painful

headaches...is there anything I can do?? This is the second day and they are

the worst headaches I have had in my entire life. I am also extremely weak...I

Welcome to our group. You might need to get some help for your migraines by a

doctor since there are no quick fixes. Natural healing takes time.

Do you have candida and are you on my program? If you are, how long have you

been on it?
