Guest guest
Sorry Caine - I couldn't read the messages or respond because some ***** downloaded a vicious trojan onto my PC that bypassed my VS software and trashed my computer. So I have been 'unavailable' for a few days and have missed loads of messages. I just take 50mg - in fact sometimes I even cut the tablet into little fragments, and even a tiny bit will give me a flush - as long as i put it in my mouth and let it dissolve before washing it down with water. As Vit B is water-soluble, it kind of makes sense. Maybe taking it with fats prevents it from working in the same way? I don't know - but I know it workd for me that way. Regards, Ali. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > +++Hi Caine, > > > > > > > > It's great to hear from you again! You say half a tablet but I > don't > > > know what size you are using.
