Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, I just had my first coffee enema last night and had terrible dreams. Today I feel miserable. Just wanted to know if this is normal? I've heard people have tremendous relief from their first coffee enema and it seemed to make me worse. Thank you. Dear Martha, Every person's response to coffee enemas will be different, which depends on many factors, i.e. age, how long toxins have accumulated, how long they have been unhealthy, how much debilitation there is, how long they've been on the program, stresses in their lives, etc. Some people will experience great relief because the coffee enema unburdened their liver and lymphatic system of toxins. Yet another person, like you, will experience the effects of toxins being released into the system, that their bodies aren't yet as able to get rid of easily. When you feel bad after them it is important to cut back on the amount of coffee (in the same amount of water), and slowly increase it. Try 1/2 the amount of coffee, which would be 1 tablespoon, and do that for awhile, or until you are feeling better, and then increase it by 1 teaspoon, and so on - increasing it until it is 2 tablespoons again, which is the maximum. All the best, Bee
