Questions re: Mineral Bone Broth

Hey Group!

I have a couple of questions regarding the mineral bone broth:

1) Several people have suggested using it in place of water in Bee's Egg

Drink...do you still add the cinnamon and nutmeg? Do you add anything different

to the drink?

2) Does the broth taste very apple cider vinegary to anyone else? I think it

has a strong vinegar flavor and I'm not very fond of it. Suggestions for

cooking/drinking that might make it easier?

3) Can I make the mineral bone broth from uncooked soup bones bought at the

grocery store?

Thanks and Cheers!

Jen

+++Hi Jen,

Your questions should be posted on my Candida Recipes Group instead of this one.

There may be messages on variations of Bee's Egg Drink you can search for on

that Group.

Yes, you can make Mineral-Rich Bone Broth from uncooked bones. I see my recipe

isn't very clear about that, so I will revise it.
