Hi, Bee!

I have been on this diet now since Christmas and have been so pleased with the

health improvements already! Just 2 questions: do I take 50 mg of niacin 2

times a day or just 1 time? Also, my thyroid function is low, cholesterol high.

The doctor was very willing to let me work things out with diet and exercise

changes, but how long should I wait out the slower natural healing? At what

point does it become clear that lifestyle changes aren't enough (re:thyroid)?
