Guest guest
> > My 7 year old son and I struggle with candida. At the time of debilitation for me 9 weeks ago, I went on a serious diet of just veggies, beans, and have since added gluten free oats, and some brown rice with some nuts/seeds(following Braggs or Halleluiah diet minus the fruit and natural sweeteners). After some die off, alot of my symptoms have lessened or gone away. I was told by a nutritionist's office who treats patients worldwide that his plan cures where others fail. They further said that diet only weakens candida but cannot kill it since candida taps into your blood stream to feed off your blood sugar supply that the body naturally maintains. He is an expert and I want to become a patient but cannot afford it. They do urine testing to determine progress and when you are cured before rebuilding the body. What is your opinion on this? Also, I have not eliminated fruit and grains from my son. He is better on the full non > processed diet though. I feel hopeless. +++Hi , Welcome to our group. helped you a lot, but I want to address something that is very important. The reason most other programs do not cure candida like this one does is mainly because people, like you famous nutritionist, believe that candida can be cured by " killing it off. " However, that is not true. Candida is only cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body automatically " changes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. It's like the manure pile and the flies, with the manure pile representing the poor condition of the body. You cannot get rid of the manure pile by killing off the flies. You must clean up the manure pile instead, which means getting healthy according to Nature's Laws on Health, which is obviously what this program is doing for people. That's why I do not recommend antifungal treatments nor any probiotics. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you for taking time for me Bee. What you said about the candida changing-makes sense although I have never heard that before. Is there any articles or books that explain that occurance you can direct me to? When someone experiences die off-is that not yeast coming out then? I do feel much improved since changing my diet but am hesitant to start on meats as Bragg's explains animal proteins is harder to digest. It seems as if the only thing I could eat if I merged your diet and theirs would be veggies. I seem to do well with beans, brown rice, and gluten free oats in addition to veggies. I do want to add good meats in the future and I love eggs but am very scared to go backwards. Prior to these past 9 weeks, I could barely walk very well up the stairs, short of breath and my legs were so weak I felt like they may give out on me.  My symptoms were too numerous to name and now most all have gone away. Also-I have heard the SCIO biofeedback therapy cures candida in about 6 months depending on your severity-I just wondered your thoughts. The electrical stimulation apparently helps your body heal itself and I am wondering if that goes hand in hand with what you said about candida changing back? Guest guest
Thank you , I am trying to take this all in. How much longer do you sense your body needs to be completely reversed? Have you not eaten fruit in 3 years then? I miss fruit so much and can't forsee that I will go that long without it.  I am not a patient of the nutritionist I talked about, I just called their office to see if we could be a patient unfortunately, it may cost upwards of 10K for my son and I to " get healed " from them. Thank you for the encouragement. I have really dark times on my quest to even know if their is an " other side " to this. From: mameedle <oxhahxo@...> Subject: [ ] New to Bee's diet Date: Saturday, February 26, 2011, 3:46 AM  Hi Alison, Take heart. You've come to the right place to get well. Things are not hopeless and you can get healthy again. Bee's diet is completely free (although she does accept donations) and her advice has helped many people cure their candida. It's a self-help program, so you are in charge of your own healing. I would like to direct you to some articles so that you can read and learn how this program works. The more you read and understand, the better you will be able to implement this program into your lifestyle. Ensure you read two important articles, so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Perhaps I'm mistaken, but it sounds like the diet your nutritionist put you on is a vegetarian diet. You should understand that ALL carbs will feed candida, so eating things like beans, rice and oats are not helping you. I felt that my previous vegetarian diet is what made my candida worse and completely depleted my system. Bee's program is very different a lot of programs out there, but it is very effective. On a more personal note, I have been on Bee's diet for nearly 3 years now and a great deal of my symptoms are completely gone and I have more energy and feel better than I have in my entire life. My 6 year old son has been on Bee's diet, too, and is doing so well! I can't recommend Bee's program enough! It's truly been a life-saver for us. Once you've read, get back to us with any questions you have. We're here to help. You won't regret taking this journey! Welcome! Guest guest
Hi Alison, It's difficult to say exactly how much longer I will need in order for the candida to be reversed. This is probably going to sound weird to you. I know when I first started on Bee's program, I saw people mention the same thing and I thought 'I'm never going to feel like that.' But the thing is, I don't think of this diet as having an end. Even though, according to the 'one month for every year' rule is only 4 months away for me, I genuinely *want* to continue on Bee's diet for the rest of my life. I feel so good and I like the food that I never want go back to eating what I used to eat. I was never a huge fan of fruit, so no, I never eat it. You'll see .. your taste buds will change and the things that used to appeal to you, won't appeal to you very much at all. You just won't have the taste for them anymore. I know it sounds crazy, but it's true! 10K to heal your son? That's crazy! You're better off to spend your money on good quality food and the few supplements that Bee recommends. I know all of this is overwhelming, but take your time and make little changes every day. Eventually you will get used to everything and you'll be on your way. When I first started, my brain fog was so thick that I could barely read more than a couple of sentences without getting lost. You can do this. You'll never regret making the move to getting you and your family truly healthy again. Then you'll realize that those dark days will be way behind you. I used to read Bee's Success Stories every day to inspire me to keep going. > > Thank you , > I am trying to take this all in. > >
Guest guest
> > Thank you for taking time for me Bee. What you said about the candida changing-makes sense although I have never heard that before. Is there any articles or books that explain that occurance you can direct me to? +++Hi . It is explained in articles about the Germ Theory of Disease being false - see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu5_3_1.php >>When someone experiences die off-is that not yeast coming out then? +++No, and that is why I do not use the term " die-off " because it was dreamed up by the medical industry in order to justify using antibiotics - see this article which explains it all: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php >>>I do feel much improved since changing my diet but am hesitant to start on meats as Bragg's explains animal proteins is harder to digest. +++Who or what is Bragg's? In any case it is well-known, even medical texts on the functioning of human digestion states that animal meats and fats are the very easiest foods for humans to digest compared to carbs, and they are very necessary for human health. While carb are unnecessary for human health - see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_2_1.php +++That's also why the Eskimos and Masai tribe in Africa were the healthiest groups of those studied by Dr. Weston A. Price, however they only consumed meats and fats and no carbs. +++All carbs (plant foods or foods not classified as protein or fat) feed candida, as well as cancer. However it is impractical and unnecessary to eliminate all of them. It seems as if the only thing I could eat if I merged your diet and theirs would be veggies. I seem to do well with beans, brown rice, and gluten free oats in addition to veggies. I do want to add good meats in the future and I love eggs but am very scared to go backwards. +++You will not go backwards, since many people, children and even babies are getting healthy by consuming mostly animal meats and fats - see these success stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Prior to these past 9 weeks, I could barely walk very well up the stairs, short of breath and my legs were so weak. I felt like they may give out on me. +++The only way to cure candida (and even cancer) is by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. That takes time and patience since it takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, and for most people today that is since before they were born. Even after that you can't go back to what caused you to become unhealthy. All the best, Bee
