Hi Bee & Group,

I feel really guilty asking you this but it is something that has been on my

mind. Being that Lore brought it up, I'm going to ask. I sometimes hesitate

to accept the holy communion given at Mass on Sundays because I know it is

made out of bread. I never cheat on your diet, only protein, veggies and

fats so I tell myself this is kind of like a cheat but I feel so guilty for

thinking that. What are your thoughts? FYI - I burp it too just like

everything else. Not even the Holy One can make it through my stomach....

Thank you!

Kindest regards,

Jess

January. Ive got her completely off ADHD meds and she's behaving wonderfully,

but on Saturday she ate some bagged pork rinds (the ones the members talk about

on your recipie forum) and I noticed that her tummy was bloated that evening.

Then on Sunday she accidentally took the communion wafer at church, and I kept

noticing a distended belly but she was telling me that she was having bowel

movements(which may or may not be accurate). By Wednesday morning she was

vomiting terribly all day without being able to hold down even water. That

evening I gave her a plain water enema and she was well enough to go back to

school today, however I notice her belly is bloated again tonight. I hope this

isn't starting all over. She ate only broth with pureed veggies and meat for

breakfast and lunch and steak and broccoli for dinner. FYI she isn't up to the

fat ratios yet and I quit giving her CO during the week because she drags her

feet and says she's tired all day, so we're taking it really slow with that (but

takes all supplements). So what do I do to ensure that she doesn't have this

blockage again?

+++Hi Lore,

She doesn't have a blockage since your daughters reactions are normal healing

and detoxifying reactions, so I wouldn't blame some pork rinds or the communion

wafer at church. It is normal to get tiredness, bloating, vomiting, etc. while

her body is healing.

Also if you daughter ever had those symptoms and reactions in the past her body

will be retracing them as it heals - see this article:

All the best, Bee

+++Hi Jess,

There is such a small amount of it, so don't be concerned at all!
