Lyme disease - insulin resistance

Dear Bee

Ed has been helping me to get off carbs, which I knew I needed to do, but he was

my final push, he is one fantastic man. I don't think I appreciated just what

your offering here, neither did I give it much a chance. I formly believe I

was infected by many deer ticks and that is where my infection origionates. I do

not believe that my body is making spirochetes in it. I am prepared to follow

your advise. Although, some foods I can not do because they set off my appetite,

PMT, and creat big problems (can't manage any grains, beans, dairy, not even a

tsp of butter (raw/salt/unsalted) I have tried, also ghee is another fat that

sets me off completely in the past. I presume my liver is sluggish, fatty

because I am morbidly obese. I was doing very well, lost 13 1/2 stone and I am

hoping to get back to healing and finding happiness. Losing weight at any speed

it will let me.

I have Lyme disease, PMT whilst on dairy, bipolar, insulin resistance (periods

are always on time, most of the PCOS like symptoms I use to have were remedied

when I lost weight in 2009, but I ran in tick infested field and became infected

with Lyme disease. I have mildly elevated ALT, and I believe I have had a

sluggish liver all my life, so I have ordered some milk thistle, dandelion root,

and been taking flax to stop constipation because at the moment I cannot take

vegetables, nor fruit without getting burning pains. I will be increasing my

choline foods (eggs, liver) and taking lecithin. I am acceptionally addicted to

dairy, Ed told me to stay off cream and cheese, but for a while I couldn't give

up everything, so the dairy stayed and I knew he was right. Today I have not

eaten dairy, but I want an alternative, to have only every so often when I want

dairy. Can I have soy milk, occasionally (this is nearly no carb, no sugar,

well nearly nothing but water (6.5% soy).

I can't manage any dairy, can't go high on the fats from beef (red meat/organic)

or lamb, pork, halibut, they all make me very low, sluggish, exceptionally

hungry so I binge, but I am ok on sea breem, sea bass, skinless chicken ok, flax

seed is ok, all organ meat ok, all seafoods, generally all fish, but have to be

careful of excess fatty fish (salmon/halibut) tuna ok, all eggs OK. OK on nuts,

seeds (but will not eat them often, because they might set me off).

Your help is appreciated, feel I have already made lots of progress thanks to

Ed,

Kind regards,

Hand

+++Hi . That's wonderful Ed has helped you. When you react to good

healing foods like ghee it is because your body needs them most to help it heal

and detoxify itself, so it is normal to get such reactions - see this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php

+++So just start with small amounts, even 1/4-1/2 tsp and slowly increase

amounts so your healing reactions are more tolerable.

+++Obesity doesn't cause a sluggish liver, but toxins do, and the combination of

fats and oils on this program, along with oil soluble vitamins are extremely

important for liver health, so ensure you are taking all of the supplements.

Also do coffee enemas in order to unload your liver of toxins so it can function

better:

+++Sorry, but I do not know what PMT and ALT stands for. This is about

nutrition and how the body heals itself, so many acronyms used in the medical

field aren't known.

+++You don't need milk thistle or dandelion root to help your liver - just do

coffee enemas. Such herbs are diuretic so they make your body lose water along

with important minerals.

+++I never recommend taking flax for any reason, since they are fibres which are

very damaging to the body - see these articles:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_2_2.php

+++ There are no quick fixes for constipation, and burning pains don't

necessarily happen with constipation.

+++Since you are having a rough time with your digestion you should do my 9-Day

Program, and wait to do coffee enemas until later - but I think you'll need to

stay on all liquid and pureed foods longer than 9 days, so follow the

instructions about that in the article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php

I will be increasing my choline foods (eggs, liver) and taking lecithin. I am

acceptionally addicted to dairy, Ed told me to stay off cream and cheese, but

for a while I couldn't give up everything, so the dairy stayed and I knew he was

nearly no carb, no sugar, well nearly nothing but water (6.5% soy).

+++Please do not take lecithin, or any supplements other than those that are

recommended since they won't help you and they can interfere with the nutrients

on this program - read this:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s25

+++Soy milk is very damaging to the body, particularly the thyroid, and it also

contains bad oils - see these milk substitute recipes instead:

+++As I wrote above any good healing foods like fats in animals and fish are so

important that they help your body function better, so that means it will create

healing and detoxifying reactions and symptoms.

+++People who follow this program accurately and for long enough have success,

and it is mainly the combination of nutrients that all humans need in order to

become healthy.

All the best, Bee
